Stuffed eggs with caviar-mustard filling, a delicious appetizer that is easy to prepare and will not hit your pocket.
Preparation time : 20 minutes
Eggs— 5 pieces
Black seaweed caviar— 1 pack
Dill (greens)— 1 bunch
Table mustard— 1 tsp
lettuce leaves for garnish
Boil the eggs until tender.
Cool and clean.
Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolks.
Put finely chopped dill and yolks in a bowl.
Mix until crumbly and add mustard.
Add the “secret ingredient”, black seaweed caviar, which will fill our appetizer with a festive mood, and mix gently.
Stuff the egg white halves with the stuffing and arrange on a platter with lettuce.
Cool slightly and serve.
